"Unprofessional. Careless. In the way that they don't give a rats hat about you or anything except calling to take your money. Especially Maria I informed her of a serious medical issue and insisted if any issues with payment to call immediately! And if no contact to call anhain. Instead she repeatedly over months caused distress by terminating my policy over and over again. When called each and every agent including herself was intentionally trying to put a hold on assisting, argumentative, unprofessional and disgustingly abusive in the form of not allowing you to even speak your issues saying things like "are you done yet" and "can we move on" while at the same time not addressing your problem and refusing to help. even hanging up the phone rather than correcting the bill or policy . They are disgustingly rude and clearly treated very badly by the main agent if they are all in a horrible mood and refuse to help. Maria herself is lucky she even has a job with something as serious as an insurance company bc she operates like somebody's irresponsible child... astonishing how it's operated under State Farm with such a hideous representation of their company by these people.. still won't use the company as a whole bc they allow that behavior. Good luck. It's clear you're struggling and want to make others struggle. There's better places to work if that is not a good one."
